Collegial case counseling directly on the smartphone or tablet: SuRe online is based on the SuRe model (subjective relevance according to Prof. Dr. Clemens Seyfried). Become part of a multi-professional online community that develops self-directed and goal-oriented options for action for situations from everyday educational work. The selection of options for action is facilitated by four criteria, so a self-consistent and subjectively relevant option for action can be determined - completely anonymous, time- and location-dependent.The app includes the following functions:- introduce challenging or stressful situations from everyday working life- Receive recommendations for action from other educational professionals- Subjectively assess and evaluate recommendations for action according to the SuRe model- Make a selection of recommendations for action and test them in practice- give other users recommendations for actionThe app is aimed at educational professionals at Berlin schools. In order to be able to use the app to its full extent, participation in a free workshop from SuRe online is necessary. The workshops include an introduction to the method and an activation for the relevant community.
